There are two hoses that come out of the right side of the manifold, one that seems to go to the brake master cylinder, and another that has TWO outlets on it. One of these outlets splits into a Y-connector and the other one was broken off. Someone had put electrical tape over it. I'm trying to find out what its purpose is and where it goes, maybe it will help solve my car from not starting.
