Remove intake
remove valve cover
remove timing belt cover and belt
remove camshaft (there's a specific way to remeove the bearing caps so you don't bend the camshaft)
lift up each lifter, replace with new.

Assembly is reverse...

Basically, start in the middle and work outwards.

Undo each cap bolt 1 full turn, and then move onto the next one.Do this until they're all loose enough that the camshaft rattles in the bearings.

Tighten the same way.
