Sorry, but I just cannot stand it anymore. 75% of the time, I drive the speed limit. 20% of the time, I drive just over it. 5% of the time, (only when safe) I want to pass or pick-up a little time so I get into the left lane and drive 5 to 15 miles over the limit ( no more than any COP would'nt do.) If someone wants to get by me, Even when I am speeding, I let them. Please do the same for others !!!!!!!!!!
The left lane is for passing, emergencies or seeing around a tractor trailer. NOT 75 year old ladies in their Chevy taking a Sunday drive. Too unsafe for me AND them.

don't seem to notice the 20 or so signs posted all the way to the shore that say "Keep Right, Pass Left". Almost every slow left lane driver I come across is from PA!!!

Just because you want to go faster than me that does not give you the right to force me to go slower to accomidate you immediately.

Uh, yes it does. Law states that you must be either overtaking or on the right.

I agree with others. The left lane if for PASSING! It irritates the hell out of me when somebody is just driving alongside the car in the middle lane, and there's like ten cars piled up behind them. Or when there's absolutely no cars around, but some idiot is hanging out in the left lane. Sometimes I wish I had an old P.O.S. car that I could just ram into people with when they do this. If you've ever driven on highways in Europe, they adhere to this rule. You'll get totally reamed by joyriding in the passing lane.

that car can wait until you've completed your pass, as opposed to pulling in to the right and slowing down behind the car you were already in the process of passing.

other drivers have to pass you on the right because you are "enjoying" the pleasure of bloking the fast lane. You know how dangerous if all the people are pass on the right where there are not enough space to use.
YOU HAVE TO PULL TO THE RIGHT TO ACCOMMODATE ALL THE FASTER DRIVERS. THANK YOU FOR COOPERATION!
SORRY IF I AM TOO ROUGH! :<

I've seen plenty of left-lane slowpokes both in NJ and PA and I've seen drivers from both states guilty of this. Don't blame it all on the PA drivers.
And have you driven in North Jersey? People are psycho there- I got cut off by a woman in her BMW 750iL one time, with about a foot or two to spare. If my mother wasn't in the car, I would have rammed her and live with the consequences. I'd have no problem causing some $10k worth of damage to her fancy $90k car when she's the one driving like an idiot.
Problem is, people don't know anymore that the left lane is for passing and that you should yield to the right for faster drivers. What we need is more stringent testing for licenses so that those of us who do know how to drive don't have to put up with all of these idiots.
I swear, if it gets much worse, I'm going to hire Q-Branch to fully outfit my car with rocket launchers, oil slicks, nails, machine guns and all of the fun toys that 007 has.

Right-of-way takes precedence over speed, and "squatters rights" (I was here first. . .wahhhh).
Passing doesn't excuse you from watching your mirrors or courtesy. Didn't we just have this discussion yesterday?

I heard that PA is going back to no passing in the right lane, only in the left. If that law goes through, it may help you in New Jersey!
Unfortunately it's illegal to flash your lights to pass in PA or that would help!
