i no my shocks are proboubly on there way out having covered 86,000 miles but should i still get a lot of shaking through the steering wheel when cornering and general uneven ground. i looked at getting a front strut brace
today, would this take some of the scuttle shake away or not.
ps. not seen the strut but would this attach to the top of the strut mounts or have to drill and attatch to surrounding area!!!!!

The shaking is probably caused by a alignment that is off?

Unbalanced wheels?

Or other worn suspension components?

Who did the realign? Did you see the actual numbers? Get a print-out of your actual numbers?

I've seen many places get it all wrong! ;O)

Because after all you've done, there's still a problem! ;O)

yes, as for the bushes and mounts, they were done at my local garage and had the old ones as proof and they were shagged! the tracking and weights done at a well known tyre specialist in town.
the tracking/allignment did give a print out and was a midgies dick out but nothing to worry about, nothing that would cause this much shake anyway. i cant belive worn shocks could cause such a bad shake on cornering and pot holes etc especially through the st/wheel.
maybe i'm just gonna have to live with it until
i can afford some adjustables allround.....
cheers mik anyway!!!
where in the U.S r u anyway. i love the states especially florida.
