I have a slight tear on my drivers seat and I noticed this weekend it's starting to spread somewhat. I have 46K miles on the car and wanted to see if you guys might know if this can be fixed under warranty? I have the leatherette seats. I didn't do anything to cause the tear, it has happened from normal use.

Worst he can do is tell you you're sc**wed. Hope you're on good terms with him.

Mine has been rather accommodating on the following:

- Broken dooor speaker grille which I cracked when I kicked it getting in or out of the car

- Broken center console cup holder which I broke prying it out to install a CB in the center armrest.
