wow! there's a HUGE difference. there's noticeable power loss throughout the power band! a 60's beetle took me off the line! but seriously ..

i've had my apr 1bar installed for the last 5k+ miles. i popped in the stock ecu tonight due to a service appointment tomorrow and let me tell you... the stock ecu is almost comparable to the turbo lag i experienced w/ the apr installed. instead of a kick in the ass boost around 2700rpm w/ the apr chip the stock ecu just keeps on laggin to redline. :)

too all you none chipped 1.8t's out there. you don't know what youre missing. you'd be amazed at what a few hundred dollars can do to your car.
