Ok guys i got a 1988 Audi 80 Quattro.
Tranny's kinda been sluggish especially when its cold out side. When i start the car, it would be hard to get it into 1 or 2 gear, but after it warmed up for about 10-15 minutes it would go no problem (into any gear)

Well on Saturday, after a very very hard driven night it's been giving me problems.
TO go to SAtruday night, it was 5-6 hours, 200 miles of very rugh driving (high revs and very high speed) but NO POWERSHIFTING. So anyways the last 2 hours of drive i was on the higway going from 70-110, constant, with a high 3 and 4 and 5 gear.
After i stopped home, i noticed the tranny going very hard into ANY gear.
So i said to myself o maybe the oil in the tranny got really hot, and tomorrow its gonna be better.
Well today i start driving and Bum same exact problem. Im drving normally for 1 hour, and it;s a headache to get it into gear now. Im really really mad. Could the syncros be shot, or something else. Will a tranny flush help me? If yes what kind of oil to use. What else can be the prbolem???

I really appriciate any help

Thank You
Dre

Drain & flush with some new oil. Could last several more years?

You ever rebuild a gearbox? Best solution for it! ;o)
