If you have read my post yesterday "No "beep" when locked the doors, what's happened", you would know my A4's remote didn't work yesterday. Things are completely different when the Greater Vancouver weather gets warmer this afternoon!
The "beep" comes back with a very clear "beep" from the distance; however, yesterday was a completely silence. Its the same unit of remote and the same alarm. Does weather affect the remote system? I have experienced the "beep" sounds quieter when the weather gets colder on both A4 and Jetta's folding key remote, also I have the experience which my girlfriend's folding key 98.5 A4 sounded quieter yesterday evening and sounds louder today because of warmer weather.
Question is: DOES WEATHER REALLY AFFECT REMOTE? IF SO, WHY?
