in my 2 month old 2.4 Avant and notice a crack in my windshield. It starts at the bottom of the glass under the shroud on the passenger side and runs up and across several inches. No evidence of any stone damage, just a clean crack in a brand new windshield. Anyone have similar experiences?

I had the same experience, I read that there were some defective windshields on A4's and had mine checked at a Auto windshield place. I thought there was no stone damage but the person there pointed out the hit, it was very small. I think I read that the A4 windshield was thin to conserve weight. Needless to say I changed my deductable to Zero.
