I will be picking up a 96 Cabriolet Wednesday and I am looking for websites with information about the cars like UrS4.com has for the S-cars. I can't seem to find any.
I an interested to know about all changes that occured each year. I know that later ones had a center armrest? Any idea if that can be retroed to earlier models, or is it in seat and not the center console. Also, looking for radio options. I need a CD changer, but I don't think the 96 has the option for a factory CD, but the 97-98 does with an Alpine changer. However, the radio does have the Mode button on it so it looks as if it could support CD like the 96 A4's.
I hear that the windscreens run $600 from the "Stealer" Is that correct?
Thanks for any info you have on the Cabriolets as I can't seem to find much info on them. I know there aren't many out there like my urS4, but maybe that is because enthusiasts tend to own and talk more about the S4/6
Any Cabriolet owners in SLC that would let me come take a look at their car to see some of the mods or upgrades they have or have done?
