Those were optional on the Cabriolet, and I found an option code for the 90q12v for 16x7 wheels. Could not find a part number to say for sure if the Cabbie (also on the 80 Competition in europe) were the same for both or not.

Howdy! These wheels are the cabriolet wheels and they are the same as the 80 Competition wheels as well.
What I have found is there are even 17" 4x108 wheels offered by Audi in Europe. Same style as the A8 Bolero wheels, these were fitted on late model Cabriolets from the factory.

I'm still trying to figure out how I'm gonna pay off my mastercard if I charge it with the swap and rebuild parts, so no orders from me yet (034 stand alone is in my future however!).
