Hey all, one of my cats just busted apart (about 12 hours after I put a set of WONDERFUL Dunlop Sport tires on my baby)...
I know Mike recommends (Catco CTO-6806 Universal from <A HREF="http://store.summitracing.com/default.asp?target=%2Fproduct%2Easp%3Fd%3D8%26s%3D 44%26p%3D3187%26searchtype%3Decat">Summit Racing</A>, to save him the trouble of repeating himself <IMG SRC="http://www.cronies4life.org/burglenet/smilies/smile.gif"> ). Mike, and any others that have them, how have they held up? For $60-some a piece, why am I even asking? <IMG SRC="http://www.cronies4life.org/burglenet/smilies/biggrin.gif"> Any other options out there?
Also, Mike, if you have a photo of the undercarriage with those cats, I'd appreciate it if you could post it...
Thanks in advance...

The Catco's are a low-cost alternatative, but are a good quality cat!

www.discountconverter.com

Offers a "bolt-in" replacement which includes the pipes, for around $300 each side. The pipe, however is not stainless, but mild steel. The bends are not real good, but its available.

I found a company in NY that says they can actually "re-core" our Audi factory cats, but they want $400 a side.

The Catco's can be welded inplace by a good muffler shop for around $50 each.

My website has a 'Custom Exhaust' page, just follow the links via my signature picture.
