What's the biggest challenge in changing from an auto to a manual in the 90? Replace the cats? Is the clutch pedal a problem? ECU difficulty?

For me it was removing the crankshaft bushing, which did not want to come out!

I broke 3 pullers, specifically designed to pull the bushing! Thought I was gonna rip the crank shaft out there a couple times!

Finally had to cut it out!

Over all, not a bad job.

Lots of mind bending! :o)

HAd to figure out quite a lot, since there's no referance material on such a job!
