I have a 2000 santorin blue A4 1.8T w/sport on order, any one who has cactus green think it is a good idea to change to cactus green? Never had a chance to really compare the two. Anyone with santorin think santorin the best choice?

I bought my 99.5 2.8QMS in July and wanted the Cactus but the dealer only had a 2.8Tip or 1.8T in that color. They had a Santorin with the options that I wanted that had just arrived 2 days earlier. We went to the back lot and the sales guy peeled off the white plastic that protects it and I fell in love with the color. The way the sky and clouds reflect off the surface is awesome.
My wife and I have since gotten plenty of compliments about the color wherever we go. I waxed it over Labor Day and it still looks good.

There are two many silver/red/green cars out there. I think green is becoming less popular. Blue is definitely the way to go. It will stand out from everything else.

I had the chance to get a Santorin Blue Quattro with Sport Pack., sunroof and trip computer. BUT...it had an awful ecru/blue interior. So I walked the dealer's lot and "settled" for a FrontTrak Cactus Green with Opal Gray interior, sunroof and trip computer. No sport pack, no quattro. But also, no regrets. I love my car, and get compliments wherever I go with it. I think both colors are beautiful, but now I'm partial to the Cactus. It has a different cast than any other green I've seen.
