In my '95 90 the lights in the seat heater, front & rear fog and hazard buttons are continually lit (while the car is running, regardless of running/headlights) and unaffected by the dimmer switch. Meanwhile, the rear defroster switch only illuminates when I turn the running or headlights on. Any ideas as to why the majority of my button lights are on all of the time?

A "type B4" is just the '93+ 90's. The pre-'91 80/90's are known as "type 89's". Sorry, I should have specified this in my first post!!

You have nothing to worry about. All '93+ 90's (B4's) have those same lights on!!
