I'm an A4 driver from Houston and am writing on behalf of a friend in Hertfordshire. He's looking at A2's and A3's and has visited both the HR Owen dealership on Edgware Road in London and Executive Audi in St. Albans.

Do any of you by chance have any experience with either dealership, pro OR con? He'd especially like to hear comments about their service departments.
