View Full Version : This time it's S6 test drive. (Moskow, RU) XУTOPOK 03-14-2007, 09:51 AM

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pO6Vqf0SArc</a

OC02ALLROAD 03-14-2007, 10:05 AM BlueDog 03-14-2007, 10:27 AM Some of the most ignorant driving I've ever seen! And I live in the Washington DC area where we have some of the worst. XУTOPOK 03-14-2007, 10:36 AM BlueDog 03-14-2007, 10:58 AM also no way to compensate for others stupid mistakes at those speeds Trango 03-14-2007, 11:34 AM RTallroad 03-14-2007, 11:53 AM In before dead russians litter the roadway XУTOPOK 03-14-2007, 12:26 PM K2audi 03-14-2007, 02:16 PM Rally_nutcase_1982 03-14-2007, 06:10 PM This is beyond irresponsible and plain suicidal, arrogant and stupid. There should be absolutely no regard for anyone doing this sh!t, I just hope he kills one of his own Family members and not an innocent stranger.....geee...what a brainless idiot.......Sorry for the rant but this kind of behavior gets to me.....love the S8 though ;-) The S 03-14-2007, 06:38 PM downindenver 03-14-2007, 06:43 PM Granted she also has (and they're keeping) an '01 S8. If my mom drives it like that, she should go to jail too. XУTOPOK 03-14-2007, 06:44 PM allroadCole 03-14-2007, 08:01 PM Below are some Ghost Rider video's. Ghost Rider is a sweedish street-biker with a 499bhp turbo'd Hayabusa and a death wish. He does wheelies at over 200 mph... He's way more reckless than the s8 driver, but I would say more responsible, you are much less likely to hurt others driving a 300 lbs bike vs. a 2 ton car. Final Ride Uppsala Run There are a ton more Ghost Rider vids online.. girlroad 03-15-2007, 03:39 AM hillroad 03-15-2007, 04:26 AM myroad 03-15-2007, 04:34 AM I hate irresponsible ****s who endanger others by pulling those kind of stunts. That video proves only one thing -- sometimes *******s buy audis. Wow does that steam me. BlueDog 03-15-2007, 05:00 AM would not have the means to buy an S8. It's either borrowed, rented, or belongs to daddy. If you think about it, there were others of equal intelligence in the car too. I'm figuring there was at least two other people in the car, immature buddies that were egging him on. One was def in the back seat shooting the video over the drivers shoulder. And if you were going out for a ride, why would you hop in the back seat unless someone else was riding shotgun? XУTOPOK 03-15-2007, 05:20 AM XУTOPOK 03-15-2007, 05:32 AM Take look at the map. That outer ring (????) is that road. I believe it has 80-100km in length.

MKAD

BlueDog 03-15-2007, 06:19 AM On the Ring people drivers are completely focused on driving and are conscious of their surrounding. So being on the closed track with other drivers in the same frame of mind is a COMPLETELY different story. He was quite obviously going twice the speed of other traffic, making sudden lane changes without communicating his intentions to other drivers on the road around him, and not adhering to the road markers (splitting lanes and using the shoulder). If you intend on justifying this drivers actions you are in the wrong forum. myroad 03-15-2007, 06:34 AM and someone dies. FOR WHAT? so some dick can get his yaya`s showing off in someone else`s car. There should be an idiot feature in the car that reads the number of obstacles ahead, the speed of the car and the inter-car distances when executing a pass which informs the driver`s Mommy that her son/daughter is a DOUCHE BAG. We`ll call it DDD -- Driver Douche-bag Disable. A kill switch for the driver is then activated after Mommy and Daddy are informed. The car would then send a gentley increasing electrical voltage from the seat heater and steering wheel simultaneously -- until smoke starts coming out of the driver`s ears. you heard it here first. XУTOPOK 03-15-2007, 06:35 AM Grandpa, WTF r u trying to lecture me about? I just found that link on audi-club.ru and post it here to share. As a meter of fact I don't know that guy. This is link to another story. This time there was a M5 & 26y.o. driver. The result of that test drive is completely different. I am just explaining what the real facts there are. How many of you understand Russian/Ukrainian?

http://www.bmwclub.ru/vb/showthread.php?t=102333&page=22&pp=20&highlight=%C 4%E8%EC%E0</a

Rally_nutcase_1982 03-15-2007, 06:45 AM Posting videos in public is one thing; now imagine all the kids watching this and the example he is setting here. One idiot like this can screw it up for many others. If his IQ doesn't exceed his shoe size then he should take the bus, never a fast car. If I'd run youtube, this video would have to be removed for immaturity and handed over to the Moscow police. XУTOPOK 03-15-2007, 06:51 AM

http://www.audi-club.ru/forum/showthread.php?t=75882</a

BlueDog 03-15-2007, 07:59 AM you sure seem to be a bit defensive on this, or maybe I'm just reading it all wrong. (That wouldn't be the first time.) I tend to agree with Rallynut. I don't know which is dumber the driving or video taping the illegal act and posting it on the internet. Rally_nutcase_1982 03-15-2007, 08:04 AM It is clearly not an allroad content, not even marked "off topic" and what the heck will my comments do on a russian forum? In all faireness, then you should translate this entire post and take everybody's comment/response over there. Otherwise it would be taken out of context. Just imagine this: one of your friends or family members is driving one of the cars he is passing recklessly without warning or indication of movement and he or she GET'S HIT, SMASHES IN THE WALL OR SPINS INTO A TRUCK AND GET'S KILLED.....how would you feel about it? Given the fact that it could happen any time with every other car on the road, but going twice the speed is asking for it! And disregard for other's safety and life pisses me off! As a driving instructor, I can't just sit back and laugh about the idiocy this guy is displaying, that would be irresponsible too. Actually, I'm kind of glad that you posted this video because it is good material to show student drivers how not to do it. We all do things that sometimes could cause another driver to get in trouble, happens to the best. Wrong judgment of speed or distance occurs every day on public roads and people die. Pushing the envelope in a already unsafe environment is simply not smart, that's what race tracks are for. The S8 driver was stupid and everybody else around him was lucky at this day, nothing more. XУTOPOK 03-15-2007, 08:27 AM share same opinion. Proportion is the same 10% to 90% (Cool vs not cool).
