I'd say those 20"x9" sport wheels sourced from the A8 W12 partsbin you see in the photo would be about as wide as you'd want to go. Bet they're heavy. Not sure of the offset, but those tires are Falken FK 452 (275/30/20).
Custom spacers by toddh at hpamotorsport dot com may know the offset or call audi.
