Shade over $60K modestly optioned, industrial grade carpets. No thanks, I'll keep the ar; besides after my 6 hr exterior detailing yesterday it looks better than the Q7.

...it would be bigger. Yeah, I know it's not as tall, but surely it's taller on the inside than the allroad. It kinda cracks me up when the SUV-ites around ask me how it is having 2 kids and a small car like the allroad. It's not too bad -- big enough to take the whole family and our dog, may she rest in peace, to Pennsylvania from Texas and back, and big enough to take home a whole twin bed, mattress and box spring from the store with the rear hatch closed.

It drives nicely for an SUV - but it lacks that car like feel of the AR.
It quickly left my list of Allroad replacements. Unfortunately, at this time there are no good candidates.
I'm still hoping the AR returns in the near future.

for a V8, bose, roof, and other stuff. Cheaper than a comparably equipped 3.2 V6 A6 Avant. Why???

I guess it is ok, I found it pretty average to drive and IMHO not worth the difference in price to a Suburban or Yukon XL tricked out and with real room for 7 to 9 real people...the back of the Q7 looked like the back of the Pilot and that is a lot less money. Bottom line, it's an SUV, been there, done that, don't want to go back...and my money says there are no sway bars in the world that are going to keep one of these monsters from tipping if they start to go...

If I was not so tall I would of found an out of state V10 Tourag TDI to purchase.
