Just wondering for all you DIYers out there whether everything on the allroad is in metric? Looking to add to my arsenal of tools! :)

View Full Version : Metric or SAE tools for allroad? Giblet 01-15-2006, 08:14 PM Just wondering for all you DIYers out there whether everything on the allroad is in metric? Looking to add to my arsenal of tools! :) bjwhite 01-15-2006, 09:13 PM Cars, even American cars, have been metric since the early 80s. Since the Allroad is German, there should be nothing on the car that is SAE. That said, many sizes are 'close enough'. Example, 13mm and 1/2 inch. Not sure about other American cars or if they have shaped up in the 2000's. bjwhite 01-16-2006, 02:50 PM |
