Standard practice of replacing warranty parts without regard as long as they get paid that may or may not have anything to do with the problem.

There are software programs that can detect likely incidents of fraud based on repair invoices vs. a standard reference of ave incident of repair. It doesnâ€^TMt make sense not to check when itâ€^TMs relatively easy in the computer age.

Theire current service manager has taken dishonesty to an extreme, and an example of what happens when there is no oversight by AoA. AoA has a policy not to intervene with their dealerships.

We would recommend Autohaus(Royal Oak) or Steveâ€^TMs European Automotive(Waterford) for any repair work.
