I was driving on this 3 lane street that goes around this park almost like a round about. It's a straight street leading in to almost a 90 degree corner before it sweeps around. I'm on the gas going into the turn when I realize it's raining, it could get slippery and accelerating into the turn may not be the most prudent thing to do. By the time that thought had crossed my mind I thought hey...I have AWD with ESP so it can't be too bad.

By the time this thought was over I was through the turn reflecting on how cool this car was. The ESP light never came on either.

I usually take it easy in the rain, so how hard can we push before ESP has to land a helping hand? The Quattro was sufficient this time around. Come to think of it I have never been able to coax the ESP into action so far. Does that make me a wimp? :-)

I've pushed it hard in many situations ... on many surfaces ... and there's nothing you can do after crossing the line.

P.S. I saw your green tint/green AR about a month ago at the Superior Ice Rink.... Do you or your kids play Hockey? ...Todd
