Recently took my 97 1.8TM in for the 30,000/2 year service at Rector Motors, Burlingame, CA. Besides the scheduled maintenance, I had the burned out mirror glass replaced with the newer thermostat mirror glass. Once again I worked with Hector Contreras and Dan Spingola. I can honestly say that since these fellows took over the service department, Rector Motors has been transformed to the top dealership for maintenance in the San Francisco/North Peninsula area. With any dealership you will have positive and negative experiences, depending on a host of factors. The difference at Rector is that Hector and Dan are willing to work with the customer and accomodate accordingly, not unlike the experience of staying at a four star hotel.
