they are hard to tighten because of space.

I guess tranny fluid would be my second guess but not turbo realted for the obvious reasons.

...but they did, after all, have to remove the transmission for the turbo install.
I have to Roadside Assistance it - flatbed to the dealer an hour away. They want me to come with the car. Ooooo- kay. But I bet when they encounter me they are going to wish they had told me to stay home and rest.
How pissed should I be? Before I blow up completely I wonder if this is just bad luck, or is it complete incompetence?
With only 3500 miles on it......

Let loose in a very professional manner directly with the Service Manager.

Wonder how much of that the "techs" get paid?

The problem: Bad seal on the coolant line going to the driver's side turbo. It will not be repaired until Monday. But I have to say, they bent over backwards to please me...even offering to have it delivered to my house on Monday. Now that is good service.

The saddest part was riding in the flatbed with my beautiful new machine exposed atop it for all the BMWs and Hondas of the world to drive by and laugh... That hurt.

But it took them 2 weeks to get it straight. Ridiculous!

Lazy..

Just because the outer 2 are a bit harder to reach then the others, allows them not to put that back together.. No way. 1 minute tops, that is not due to being rushed!

not putting the tie bar back, 2 minutes, just lazy!!

Letting the car go out with a major exhaust leak, since you were too "LAZY" to align the stuff up correctly and when you started the car and heard it, you said "screw it!"..

Not putting the screws back in to hold the air snorkle, so that intake piece is just flapping around, LAZY!

LAZY LAZY piss poor work. There are some good techs I'm sure, but they must be over at Lexus!

Very very poor quality of work! There has to be pride in ones work, if there is none, then you probably shouldn't be doing what your doing!

Not sure why one would make an excuse for them?! the car goes back together just fine after I work on it!

Godd job you found out it was coolant.

Had images of you taking your pussy-cat to the vet for an overhaul :)

Good luck with the fix!!
