I had the VW glx passat 2001 and had daytime running lights as well as auto wipers, did they remove those in Audis ?

The problem is that in a driving rain the "fast" setting is way less than adequate to see properly.

... It's all the same at the end of a day - Audi didn't "forget" or change anything... 8-)

Audi wipers are speed sensitive = sweep increases with speed of the car when turned on.

Cars like BMW have rain sensitive wipers where (when switched to the position) will sweep when the sensor detects moisture...

You're just use to something different... 8-)

I hate that on cars.

Even at the slowest setting they wiped too often. Sometimes in the summer you really don't want to smear the splattered bugs stuck to the windshield.
