Audi dropped off a new Allroad at my house last night. I'll be evaluating it for the next week or so. I plan on taking it to southern Utah for the weekend and get some nice shots in Zions Nat'l Park, Bryce Canyon, etc. and then next week head down to the LA Auto show for a day. Needless to say, I'll be putting in a TON of seat time!

I took it out this morning for some off-road fun.

Watch for more pics and a full write up soon!

The only options are Tiptronic, Sunroof, and Alloy wheels. I'm really missing the heated seats and Xenons.

I am picking up my All Road tomorrow in Cleveland, Ohio. Its Black , with 6 speed manual,
17" 2 piece wheels, Convenience pkg, cold weather pkg, Bose and sunroof.

Cant wait ! I am trading a 2000 S4..just too small for me (6 2" .....

Great to hear there are more than one of these excellent cars in Cleveland. Which dealer did you get yours from? Maybe we should get together and establish the Cleveland allroad club...

I've got an S4 on order (6 speed) since October but recently have been eyeing the Allroad. Hard to decide as I can make a case for both. So many potholes in Dallas and I only drive 4 miles to work. Any comments?

I'm trying to figure out how we can have both...

I love the S4 but it wasn't quite as luxurious as I had expected. Very firm ride, very firm seats, road noise, rather low gearing. Incredible performance and handling, but at a price that is occasionally tiring for me in commuting.

The AllRoad addresses most of these concerns rather well for us. I'd like it even more with body color bumpers and the 4.2 V8.
