Dealer doesn't know what it is...and I'm getting the warning from time to time. Service checked the cars log and nothing comes up. Do you think that the headlights reposition themselves based on the suspension level?

You should see the headlights going through a sweep before they settle on the correct aim each time you turn them on.

I had the same thing happen to me the first night that I drove the Allroad home. The next day the dealer replaced the headlight and determined that it was not the problem. The technician found the problem to be with a pin being misaligned in the connector. He straightened the pin and I haven't had any problems for the last 30 days. This wiring connection is located behind the glove box.
