Firstly, the allroad is my first Audi and I'm surprised at how poorly the windshield cleaners perform. They do nothing but streak as the windshield fluid shoots up poorly. I'll get it redirected if possible but the wiper blades, too, are poor. You guys have this problem?
Secondly, anyone in a cold locale feel the draft that comes in from under the front seats as you cruise along making your legs and feet cold?
Lastly, my allroad heater works well -- too well -- as I can't turn the heat down. I have to turn it off and restart it again in a few minutes otherwise I'll roast.

Sounds to me your dealer did not do a proper checkout on turning the car over to you. The sprayers need adjustment with a special tool. Mine work fine; much better than any I've had before,
I have not encountered cool air at the foot level, nor a problem with turning heat down. Suggest you look at the "auto" setting. Make sure you have the auto button pushed, it has a red LED if it is on, and that you have punched in the temp you want. Mine seems to work great in all temp ranges, have not had the need to manually redirect the air flow for the upper, lower, or middle ranges with the push buttons.. but they worked well when I tested them. It it still doesnt work, its a service issue. Good luck.

Sometimes even with the heater on my feet get cold. I don't understand it. It is much worse on days that are below 0F as well. Sometimes even with all airflow directed to the floor my feet still get cold. I don't understand it. The HVAC system should be idetical between my last can and this one. My A6 sedan did not have this problem.
I have had my washers adjusted and it still does a bad job on the windshield. Once again my sedan did not have this problem. I don't know if it is the wind deflector that is hurting rather than helping on the wiper blade. I have tried different fluid to no avail as well. When I get back from vacation I intend to really have them look into these issues.
I have had none of these problems but had to switch to a better washer fluid and readjust the wiper arms. It's -21 right now and I just had the car out. It's been subzero all week. Sometimes I redirect air below. Overall I have no heater complaints. I suggest you carefully read the manual then check with your dealer.

I've had none of these problems either. In fact I love the heater, temps only get to 20 or so here. My only complaint is that the back wiper skips, but I think that may be fixed by an adjustment.
