I just popped down to the paint shop to see how progress on my car was going and show them these pictures. The black bumper shown in the picture matches the grooves in the stock bumper so this look is just a simple paint job. I'm still going to do mine completely silver though and just keep the lower grills black.

Sat in my Allroad again, it still has the plastic and cardboard protecting the trim. Its very high spec and even comes with the third row of seats, (which can be stowed in a bag) and electric seats.

Next Friday it should be ready. I just love the all Silver look,

The photo of an interior shows the Navigation Plus unit. Does anyone know if the US spec allroads come with this, or if they come ONLY with the nav unit between the speedo and tach.

Audi is working on a new DVD based system that will integrate with their other telematic systems in the near future. They know people want the moving map even though it has limited function.
