and I've heard great things about the X5. Seen I in the flash the other day and it's really good looking. Picking up my Allroad tomorrow, altas grey tip, don't think I'll be able to sleep tonight...

since we need/want 7 passenger seating. I want an AWD vehicle which seats 7, so I'm down to: Allroad, Volvo XC, MDX, ML320/ML430, Crapco T&C. The boss isn't fond of rear-facing seats, and we're not ready for a British or ultra-$$$ SUV, so I'm spirally in on a *very* small set of vehicles :(

This comment from an unhappy, albeit secondary, MDX driver. What were those honda designers/engineers thinking. Where can I get suspension upgrades for the MDX?

Also, when does the BMW X5L debut? Any clues?
Drove the X5 V8 last year in L.A. Oh My Gawd. Now that is the class theallroad is in. Plush, sh*t kicking performance and handling, without any cargo space however.
Just one man's humble opinion

The kids in my daughter's car pool (8-13)have an X5 in their family and they all prefer the allroad. It's pretty much all the 12 year old boy talks about according to his parents. So in cool factor the allroad wins.
