Laurel has occasionally gotten some bad press here, but I've had nothing but good experiences getting my car serviced there. Recently, bolts and brackets supporting the engine on my 02 TT severed resulting in an incredibly bad engine vibration rendering the car undriveable. I have an extended warranty through Warranty Direct. Of course, Warranty Direct initially denied the service reimbursement claim (to the tune of $800.00) because, supposedly, they don't cover "hardware" failures. Well, Jim Finch worked with me and Warranty Direct and, lo and behold, repair costs were fully covered. Not only that, Jim kept me informed of progress every step of the way. I've had similar good experiences with other service advisors at Laurel.

I've had both of my cars serviced primarily at Laurel and have been dealing with them for about seven years now. I've never had unsatisfactory experience from them. Jim has always treated me fairly and even gone above and beyond on a few occasions.

On occasion I have also used Continental and Schaumburg as well, and so far have had very good experiences at those locations.
