My tires are critical at the moment, and I was looking at either getting a really nice set of all seasons, or just a dedicated winter set for the time being. Does anyone have any reccomendations?
So far the only thing I'm considering are the dunlop m3's.
Thanks!

In terms of all seasons or dedicated winters really it depends on your driving style. I need the extra performance of true summer tires (for track and just a little extra fun on the street) so i have the two sets. All seasons really lacked the cornering and grip that I appreciate with my cars. All seasons will do fine in the snow in the city as really everything gets plowed pretty quickly, you will only have issues a few times if at all. The snow tires (the M3s) work great in any condition...I have driven right thru several strong snow falls (thick fresh snow) and near white outs with no issues.

the winter, and summers in the summer for an AWD of FWD car.
Unless you live in the sticks, you'll be presented with only a handful of days when you actually have to drive in the white stuff. Why give up so much handling for the other 95% of the winter days?

basically the same tire with a slight tread design change to give a little more forward bite

if you have a TT they'll fit(4x100). Otherwise
the tires are 205/55-R16. $200 for the set with rims.
