Even better than the sign was the road that followed. The PCH around Big Sur is breathtaking.

The handling of my new car is great on the street, but we'll see how it behaves on the playground.

The engine is about the same power, but the gearing is much different. I thought the sixth gear was just an overdrive, but I think all of the other ratios are different as well. I do a lot more shifting in this one. On that note, I think the previous owner put a short shifter in it, which I like so far except that it wouldn't let me into 2nd a couple of times. I think it just needs a little hair around it.

SLs will bolt right up before the event. Big Reds are going on sooner. Need to bolt in the rear half of the harnesses. I debadged and clay bar'd yesterday.
