Eric and I spent the better part of this weekend modifying the stock seats in my elise for 6-pt harnesses. There was drilling, dremeling, and more dremeling. And some sewing, which sucked. We also "rebuilt" the seats with special butt-friendly foam.

Hopefully future passengers will appreciate being safe(r). I thought my hands would be permanently frozen into dremel-shaped claws!

the back of the seat is contoured, so the location of shoulder holes is pretty much fixed.
