Could anyone please give me some information on who makes a good aftermarket exhaust system for an A4 2.8 v6. One that does not look awefull and is very loud. I have yet to here anyone satified with their aftremarket systesms due to noise levels, fit and finsih or?

If its a quattro Stebro is the way to go. they're in Canada and have been making custome exhausts since the 70's. Have one on my 2.8 q A4 without problems x 12mos.

yours hangs down just ahead of the rear wheels like mine does, or not. Agree on the sound - it's great, but fit leaves quite a bit to be desired. I have the second generation version, another Org.er, Rob, has a third gen. version which STILL hangs down too far (especially on a lowered A4). The alternative is pipe/chassis contact. Which gen. do you have, and have you noticed this problem?
