We we on a 4 lane street and he was weaving in and out of traffic, not recklessly but I could tell he was ready for a challenge. We both stopped side by side at the next light and took off when it turned green! I had two other passengers, but still managed the hole shot and a half car length lead. Until the unimaginable, I missed shifted and was in neutral. All I could do was laugh and concede. My wife was telling me how she could drive better etc. The guy slowed so I could catch him. At this point I was laughing and my wife was trying to cover her face. We were side by side and he took off. I just went on my way. Sometimes you feel like you could be a race car driver and then reality sets in. Just a little humor.

The late 80's early 90's models like I used to have were heavy and weren't that fast. The more recent models can be screaming fast and would dust any a4, mine included.
