1/ Al at CPT is an Audi sage and takes great pains to think over a problem to come up with an intelligent and helpful solution, even though he may not benefit from it in the wallet.
He also will not mince words when he hears BS from a customer or parts supplier. Thumbs up too you Al!
2/ Doug at VFC is dogmatic when a repair he has made reappears and is giving him and the customer nightmares. He will hit it again and again until he and the customer are satisfied that the problem has been solved. He has been known to stay at his shop to some un-godly hour to a car he has promised to be ready. Thumbs up to you Doug!
Why would anyone go to another shop when we have 2 of the best on the west and north of city.
