woot woot woot woot!

talked to my claims person today from sky-way and he cut the $600 check today for my wheel damage! it goes in the mail this afternoon!

im soo amazed at how smooth this went, and how easy it was to get a hold of someone who cared and helped out.

this rocks!! and thanks again to wheels america for the fine job of putting all my 19" GT3s back to mint & pimp perfection!

a couple of weeks (assuming it was the whopper big one in the right hand lane on the side of the road at the base of the hill of the bridge heading north just before the toll booths).

this one is just past the $2.50 toll booth heading east (to chicago). i was in the far right IPASS lane, then had to merge as soon as you get out of the booth, and BAM there it is...

i went on the skyway again this past weekend (not in the S4...i learned my lession the 1st time) and it was still there! thank the lord i was in my honda, and stayed away from it by crawling out of that toll booth.

at first carlos was a bit doubtful, but in the end it all worked out perfect, and all my curb rash on all the other wheels is back to brand new condition with a nice re-polish of the lips with new clearcoat.

to say the least, im quite happy with the outcome!

make certain the proper people get their refund :)

and for the record, it was supposed to be done by waterfest last year, not two years ago ;)

i've stopped in a few times in the last few weeks. he's disappointed it's gone past the deadlines too, but what can you do. it'll be done by the time i'm 30 for sure.
