Actually this 40,000 sq ft behemoth is going up in Burr Ridge near 91st and Rt. 83. I understand that it is only the second largest home in DuPage County. Suckers.

scaping each year.

Yah, some people have crazy money.

A friend and client of ours just sold an 18,000 sq ft home in Lake Forest for $18.5 million on four acres. Oh, and it wasn't on the lake. The lanscaping was $200,000 per year, $100,000 in flowers. AC/electric bills were $25-30K per month in the winter!

Still looking for my three or four lots in the city.

Tear down, build my dream modern little ~2800sqft place and have the rest as a yard.
