Some pics I snapped today of the Track Slut. Since HPA incorrectly coded the ECU and I'm going to be out of town for a week, we ordered a much higher capacity auxillary oil cooler so the car is partially apart again. Also, Doug is re-routing some coolant lines he wasn't too pleased with based on HPA's instructions. He's also moving the secondary air pump out of the immediate engine bay to free up more room for the second intercooler that should be ready to rock in a couple of months. Essentially, the blue plumbing will be duplicated on the passenger side, feeding to a second intercooler mounted down low, like the drivers side. Currently residing in it's place is the stock auxillary oil cooler, which will also be moved more front and center. Like brakes, you can never have too much oil cooling!

as well in a few months when they release the kit. It's in development right now. The real reason for the FT450 upgrade kit to the one I have now (FT400) is for the additional cooling more than anything. I'm not so concerened over an additional 50 HP but I want to keep the engine as cool as possible.

It also requires some racing grade connect. rod bearings that I was hoping to stay away from, (from the standpoint of cracking the engine open) but if you want to play, you gotta pay!

FT450

What's the particular package you went with from HPA if you don't mind me asking? Isn't there a single or twin turbo options?

I pre-ordered the FT450 option which consists of a second intercooler, strengthened connecting rod bearings and a couple of high capacity "competition" intercoolers.

FT400

part of the car frame in front of the radiator? There's also the 1" tubing that's about 10" long towards the firewall which is part of the secondary air pump. There's also other tubing. ????
