Let me know.

Want somebody who is experienced and can shoot a basic design with a couple clean (read: smoooooooth) layers of clear...

Like the diamond-stitched Stand 21 suit the black Stig on Top Gear had?

That was hawt.

Remember the movie Heat? John looks like Wayne Grow, only with a lot more tatoos. He can paint.

I love to quote it.

I think I say "Hot...TOO hot!" on a daily basis like every morning when I sip my cafe.

Maybe I'll give a call on Monday.

Any idea what price range is reasonable for this type of work?

TIA...

no idea what he charges. i also have a racer friend in WI that has some nice custom helmets. i'm not sure who he had do his, but i can inquire and find out pricing tomorrow...

btw, saw a totalled elise on a trailer in Cali the other week at a truck stop b/w Buttonwillow and Willow Springs. Got some camera phone pics of it, if you're interested. :P I think there was a car auction nearby or consumer reports must do their testing nearby, we kept seeing totalled vehicles being trailered thru. (Including one w/ 3 black Saturn Vue's w/ 3 different types of impacts--one looked like a rollover, and 2 diff frontal crashes, one thru a fence....) pretty interesting... :)

Friend had 3 helmets done, one by Troy Lee Designs, one by Razr (razor?) images, and their work was sloppy and took way too long as well as overpriced compared to a third guy in Wisconsin... Neil Schoenherr 608.220.6588, in the Madison area. Make sure to tell them Mark White sent you and you'll get a better price...

HTH, Mark does everything top notch, has a West Race car he'll be campaigning in IMSA lites this season as well as a GT3 cup car he races in PCA, and will likely be moving up the ranks soon...

... I'm playing with the "worksheet" from Corby Concepts.

That's fun.

I'll give the guy out in Madison a call.

btw, what's the concept for the helmet? any bunnies w/ carrots? ;-) i'm sure you could get a nice discount for that. ;-)

... with a shift pattern on top (like the helmet is a shift knob...), haven't seen anything like that done. Dunno, been playing with some different sketches.

Running with Audi, Lotus, and some local PCA folks this year, I think..
