I called McGrath from out of town last Thursday to confirm my 15K Mile service appointment, winter tire change, and the availabilty of a loaner for last Saturday. I dropped the car off Sat. morning and got it back Sat. afternoon around 2:30. Unusual, no, but the level of competency of John Prodnivik - service consultant - was terrific. I've had my share of sh*ty dealership experiences, and ranted about them all, so i thought mentioning a positive experience was warranted. When a business is run with the customer in mind - No excuses, no bullsh*t, just what do you want and when do you want it - customers will keep coming back. Now, if Audi will just keep manufacturing cars with the third pedal, i'll have more reasons to go back...
