Mods: Alta 15% pulley, Milltek exhaust, Alta intake, and Alta intercooler. Total outlay approx $1500.

Generally Mini owners use 12% as their driveline loss number, so it's about 201hp at the crank. Now bad, considering per Al, his Dyno Dynamics dyno reads lower than any other type of dyno out there.

Actually, now I'm confused. I see when boost is 24 PSI, AF is about 9:1. When it's 19 PSI (at the 5500 RPM intersect) AF is about 10:1.

It never gets above 10.8:1 or so anywhere on the chart....but I don't get the relationship between boost/RPM/AF.....do you draw a vertical line from the RPM scale?

Is it because where boost is being measured (is it downstream of the throttle plate?) that it goes down with an increase in RPM????

Since you're running almost 2 times the boost I am (I'm running 7.5 w/an IC) I would think you would see numbers that low. I don't know about the lower RPMS with the mods you have...I don't know much about the mini. I DO know a lot more about the 2.8 30v fueling...esp since I was shooting black smoke out my exhaust last week until I found the right setting on the ARC 1 since I just put a smaller SC pulley on to increase boost.
