Thinking of driving up to get my car chipped by them, and wondering what anyone's opinions are of them.

I have had my chip updated by them as well - I say you should go there NOW - or at least when you can.

but don't ever expect a call back. I've left many v-messages and emails with no response. Dissapointed just for that. I'll likely be getting more work done elsewhere due to their lack of interest/response. I'm bummed tho, cuz they are so close to home. Oh well, I guess they have enough money already!

I assume not much was damaged, thats just wrong tho. They probably made you sign a waiver, but them not securing the car, that's more incompetence than understandable risk damages.

Wife and I used to race Porsches, BC (Before Children) and promised each other we wouldn't race again for a while now that we have a little one (3 1/2 yer old girl). Got a boat instead.

But we agreed to suspend that rule this past weekend when I headed east to go to a PCA Club Race at Summit Point. Got to drive my sister's 356 Cabriolet vintage race car and brother-in-law's 993 Carrera Cup car.

Now it's time to play with the allroad! Just need to find a weekend that isn't already filled with family commitments.

They will tell you what they can competently do, and what they recommend for Audi to do. I really appreciate their honesty.
