Bad news.
They were out of both PS2 and Toca Race Driver 2.

Good news.
1) A shipment is to come in at about 7:00pm tonight.
2) If I were to get buy the new PS2, they say the news one have the network adapter in it already (if the best buy boys are wrong, someone please let me know).
And 3) there is a new steering wheel that is very cool.
The wheel is force feedback with a 720 degree, or more, roatation like a real steering wheel as oppose to the 360 or less rotation. $150 though.

for now, DON'T count me in, I am not sure if I can get all this setup in time.
I am gonna have dinner and kiss the wife's arse to see if i can cut her clothing budget buy 50% to buy this stuff.
but IF (that's a big if) I do get it tonight, i will give "SPANKY" a call, i got your PM.

where the heck were you guys when I was playing these games online on the PC 6 months ago.

FYI,
If you want a fun driving game, look for RBR, aka Richard Burns Rally.
I dont know if online is available for that on the PS2.

And if you want a really great driver simulation game, start looking for GTR (There is a german version only, as far as I know right now).
Not sure when it will be released to the U.S. or if it will be for the PS2 or xbox also.
Best simulation I have ever tried; only things missing were the wind and g-forces.

BTW sorry I am a PC geek, not a PS2 freak.
I shall try to remedy that soon.
