The Q-form would allow for the addition of a larger (more powerful) mid-bass or mid-range and tweeter than is currently available for the front door of the A4. Jamey Knight at Earmark Car Audio in Richardson, Texas told me a few months ago that he heard the owner of the company that makes the Q-Form had bought a Passat, so the inference there is that something may be in development for the A4/Passat body.
