It was only about 4500mi, but it had been 6mo, so Laurel let me do it then. It was great. They gave me a loaner for a couple days (there was another issue I'll get into) and they put in the synth oil I brought with me. The other reason I was in was the A4/S4 D-pillar indentation where the insulation contracts and causes it to cave in. There is a painless TSB that Audi posted to rectify this...and Laurel simply followed those instructions...problem gone.

Anyway, the whole time, Laurel was extremely good about letting me know what was going on at all times.<p>-Chicago Joe
