I have been using a hardwired FM modulator (nate's suggestion) which I like, but I do not appreciate the reduced FM reception (strong stations still ok, anything that was tolerable, but not strong is crap now) --> 10 useful/tolerable stations reduced to 1-2.

Mica said he had trouble with his classic, and I believe a touch. I initially had trouble w/ classic, but software update fixed it, should I assume similar thing will happen w/ touch?

I would prefer to go back to dension if it will cooperate w/ touch and permit the use of ipod interface/controls.

Our kit will support the touch. If it is 3g or newwer it will not charge. The kit that will do the charging should be ready in a few weeks.
