Your car's body is galvanized and won't rust unless you puncture it. The Tire Rack has relatively inexpensive snows (ask for Eddie). Check out the wheel/tire forum for info on specific brands. HTH

I live in Vermont and have had car's undercoated and not undercoated. I think undercoating does more harm than good, it tends to trap salt and dirt thus making the situation worst. I have a new 1999.5 2.8q and thinking about storing it for the winter.

i appreciate the advice!!

Dan, i would love to be able to store my car for the winter, but i don't have another driving option... so make matters worse, i live in the mountains, up a steep, windy, dirt/gravel road. i have no garage or covered parking... i am SICK about this. (as i'm sure you understand)...any advice?

Chris,
thanks for the help!! i will definitely check it out!! :)

No problem, but don't store it. That's sacriledge. I worked at Sugarbush, and the best part of owning the car was to be able to get around like there was nothing on the ground. The look of consternation on people's faces as I got around them was well worth the purchase price. I hope you got the heated seats-another good thing about winter is getting to use them. Don't worry too much about the car. The finish on them is very durable, as long as you make an attempt to clean it every once in a while. Enjoy :)
