I took my car to a local stereo shop to have the parrot installed.

I was told that the 3100 can not be paired with my stock system because it is plug and play and it will not fit the bose symphony.
I was told i have to install a seperate speaker.

Is this correct?

Any ideas?

many thanks in advance...

btw i have directions for the parrot 3000 install. Is it the same??
Thanks!

Not likely, but it won't be easy! You should research ipod install questions - same deal applies I believe.

Sorry I can't offer more, I'm still working through this myself, but I did just take apart my radio and the connectors are all one piece now.

Also, there is a company in the UK that sells adapter cables for the parrot.

it's actually really really really simple
the din plug for the navi includes a phone +, phone - and phone mute connection.
just snip off the din plugs on the back fo the parrot.
run the Three power lines respectively.
then just plug in the +,-,mute (all of which are separately labeled on the back of the parrot for you.
if this makes no sense - i'll clarify.
